Edmonton PCN will be hosting a Health & Wellbeing Open Day for all patients and members of the public on Thursday 12th September between 10am-4pm at the Fore Street Library.
Visitors will have the opportunity to meet members of the Primary Care Network (PCN) – including our GPs and Allied Health Professionals.
The event also provides patients and residents with an opportunity to meet a number of other local health and social care service providers accessible through the surgery for our patients as well as residents.
