Practice Manager and Complaints

Mrs Petros manages the practice and will deal with enquiries or suggestions only. We welcome constructive criticism as this helps to improve the practice.

We value Doctor-Patient relationship and would encourage you to see your doctor if you have any concerns with regard to your treatment.

We have a nominated Complaints Manager who deals with all complaints. We hope to settle these to your satisfaction but if not then would inform you to whom you may complain further.
