The following behaviour will not be tolerated:
- Rudeness or threats to staff, doctors or other patients
- Repeated abuse of our facilities
- Repeated failures to comply with the guidelines in the leaflet
- Failure to attend your health check with Nurse/HCA
Patients who exhibit such behaviour may be asked to leave the practice.
