Please try not to call for general enquiries early in the morning, as this is normally the busiest time in the reception area.
Test results are between 11:30am-3:00pm.
Phone lines are open daily from 8:00am-6:30pm
Please call the practice to book an appointment for registration.
We need to see Passport, proof of address, e.g bank statement, utility bill in the last 3 months
NHS number, previous Dr’s name and address.
These must always be ordered in writing either via online registration, email or hand written. We cannot take prescription requests over the phone.

Facilities for Disabled
The clinic parts of the surgery are on the floor with easy wheelchair access. The patients’ toilet is suitable for wheelchair users.
Non-urgent advice: Extended Access & Out of Hours
Outside of normal surgery hours please dial 111 to access the out of hours GP service. The out-of-hours period is from 6.30PM to 8AM on weekdays, and all day at weekends and on bank holidays.
Calls to 111 are free from both landlines and mobiles.
If you have a life threatening emergency please dial 999.
